Toronto Tech Zines

June 22nd 2019
12p–7p at TMAC

✨ Toronto Tech Zines (TTZ) is a unique gathering space for everyone from artists to coders and illustrators to activists— anyone who wants to think about technology on paper. TTZ is a place for zines about internet infrastructure, love, surveillance, gentrification, dance, futurism, accessibility, games, race, food, geometry, indigeneity, instagram, earth, and more.

The ~first ever~ Toronto Tech Zines will be held alongside Bit Bazaar on June 22 at the Toronto Media Arts Centre. TTZ acknowledges that the land we work on is the traditional territory of the the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples. Submissions are now open for self-published media like zines, posters, usb sticks, stickers, t-shirts— any thing and any way you want to say something about “technology”, art, and your community!

Submit an application before May 13, 2019

There is no tabling fee, and you will keep 100% of your proceeds. We’d be thrilled if you will help us kick off Toronto Tech Zines with sparkles ✨

TMAC is a barrier-free space and the event has a code of conduct.
